Setting up an account – If you are a new user

If you have previously registered for this event or any of our other events, your log in details will stay the same across all our FluidReview sites.

Step 1: Go to https://wrbookings.thegrocergoldawards.co.uk

Step 2: Click the ‘Register’ button under the ‘Create an account’ header.

 

 

Step 3: Fill out the below details and press ‘Create Account’ at the bottom of the page.

 

 

Step 4: You will then receive a confirmation email containing a link. Make sure you click on this link to activate your account. Once you have done this, you will be able to log in using the below process.

Completing your Entrant Details form

Step 1: You will now be on your account home page. From here you need to begin filling out your ‘Entrant Details’ form. Click ‘Start’.

 

 

Step 2: You will now need to fill in the following information.

 

 

Step 3: The form will then ask you how you would like to pay for your entries. If you would like to pay by invoice please select this option and a box will appear for you to input a valid purchase order number, if applicable.

Please note that the invoice option is only valid for orders over £200 + VAT. Any invoice requests below this amount will not be processed and must be paid online via card payment.

 

 

Step 4: Please fill in the details of the nominated award collector should you be successful. Please ensure you have read and accepted our Terms of Entry, to review these please refer to: https://www.thegrocergoldawards.co.uk/terms-of-entry/. Once your form is complete click ‘Save & Continue’.

Step 5: Once your form has been completed you will automatically be moved back to your account homepage and a message will appear at the top of the screen. Please follow the next steps to purchase your entries.

Purchasing your entries

Step 1: From your account home page click ‘View Entries’.

 

 

Step 2: You will now need to select the amount of entries you wish to submit. To do so edit the figure within the quantity box and click ‘Add to cart’.

 

 

Step 3: Once these have been added to your cart they will appear in a ribbon at the bottom of the page. Click on the arrow to expand this view. If you are happy with the amount of entries please click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

If you are paying by card – if not please skip to ‘If you are paying by invoice

Step 4: You will automatically be directed to our payment portal Stripe. Fill out the below details and click ‘Pay’.

 

 

Step 5: You should now see a message confirming your transaction is complete and you will receive a confirmation email including a payment receipt.

Step 4: You will see a message at the top of the screen to show your entries have been applied to your account. To view your entries click ‘View my list’.

Completing your entries

Step 1: You will now be back at your account home page. Click ‘Edit’ next to each entry to fill out your forms.

 

 

Step 2: Click ‘Start’ next to your Entry Form task.

 

 

Step 3: Please select your category and specify your entry name. This should be the brand and/or company that is entering this category. To see the category criteria please refer to our website: https://www.thegrocergoldawards.co.uk/the-categories/. Click ‘Next’.

 

 

Step 4: You now need to answer all the corresponding questions relating to the category you are entering. All of the questions will be displayed in one sequence. To see what questions you will be asked for each category please use the contents at the start of this guide (Back to top).

Please note there is a word limit of 500 for each question which will appear at the bottom of each text box.

 

 

Step 5: Once you have completed your questions please scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Next’.

 

 

Step 6: You will now be back at your entry page and a message will display to say your entry form is complete. You now have the opportunity to upload one document or photo to support your entry. Click ‘Start’ next to the upload task.

Step 7: You can drag and drop the document/image from the folder on your computer or alternatively click ‘Browse for files’ to select your file and upload it. The file types supported are displayed on the right hand side.

 

 

Step 8: Your item will automatically upload and will show underneath the upload window. Once this is done click back to entry.

Step 9: You now need to submit your entry. If you do not press submit your entry is not complete. Once you have submitted your entry you will no longer be able to make any changes to it. Click ‘Submit’ then ‘Continue’.

 

 

Your entry is complete! Click ‘Back to Account’ and follow the same steps above to complete your other entries.

Entries in the Direct to Consumer Brand of the Year do not need to be exclusively operating using the DTC channel, but the focus of the entry should be on strategy, tactics and results from this aspect of the operation.
